Nestled on the edge of town, just a few miles into the countryside, Country Mouse Farms is a micro-scale boutique urban farm dedicated to organic forward, regenerative no-till gardening practices.

We definitely have some strong beliefs, about life and the garden – one of the garden ones is that healthy soil matters. As stewards of the land, it’s our responsibility to rejuvenate and nurture our plots. We believe in healing the land as we harvest its gifts.
Messy is Sexy
Any controversial opinions? Probably plenty, but let’s start here: we think chaos gardening has a gorgeous ring to it. Messy and real doesn’t bother us at all. In fact, we are low key obsessed with doing everything with unadulterated abandon. Get your hands muddy and your mind clear. Dirt gives life. Get some under your fingernails. It’s ok to respect, revere, and trust the process.
Our Aesthetic
Think overplanting in mixed plant type beds, abandoning tidy rows for a food forest approach, mulching to a mile high, using organic options where possible, and hello, composting` from worms!
It’s all about the soil, remember? A farm can be beautiful, not just productive. If it looks like a wild and vibrant flower garden we can eat, we are in heaven!
Everything we intend to grow will be nurtured with love and respect for nature’s rhythms. Our gardens will come alive with seasonal produce, herbs, and flowers, all tended using sustainable methods. We are in process of establishing all the hardscape infrastructure now (Q2 2025) and will begin initial planting this quarter.

We Use What We Grow
What we grow will feed not just our bellies, but our creativity. In Country Mouse Kitchens, we will transform our harvests into handmade cottage goods like jams, spice blends, baked treats, and more — all created right here on-site. Kitchen production will begin in Q2 2025. Local and regional local food providers will be looped in to supply anything that Country Mouse Kitchens does not grow.
Over the coming months, we will begin accepting private grounds reservations for intimate special events (engagements, birthday parties, small elopements), as well as horticulture photography days for artists and naturists. Country Mouse Farms will also host educational urban homesteading sessions, chat and nibble garden hangouts, and more. Heck, at some point, you might have to make yourself a s’more or something. Reservations for the holiday season will begin in Q4 2025.
